Cunningham: Health Care Freedom Act Code Blue Rally

On Tuesday, May 4th, concerned citizens from across the state will gather in their state capitol to urge the state senators they've elected to represent their interests to pass SJR25, The Health Care Freedom Act. Passing The Health Care Freedom Act is a critical step in restoring the correct balance of power and responsibility Missouri citizens deserve.

Missouri citizens overwhelmingly oppose the oppressive and unconstitutional federal health care mandates imposed by Congress and they certainly do not want to pay for these unfunded mandates.

The voters of Missouri should have the right to vote on the Missouri Health Care Freedom Act. We urge the Missouri Senate to respect the will of the people and provide that opportunity.

The Code Blue Rally will kick off with a Rolling Tea Party from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Participants will then proceed to the Senate Gallery to observe the floor activity. The actual rally will begin at noon in the first floor rotunda. At the conclusion of the Rally, participants will visit their Senator and any others they wish to speak with regarding this vital issue.

Come out to the south steps of the Capitol between 9:30 am and 10:00 am and wave your support to the Health Care Freedom Act citizen supporters!
