Allen: Joplin Relief Effort

Greetings,

Representative John Diehl and I are organizing a collection in Town & Country to assist those affected by the tragedy in Joplin. Please see the attached flyer for collection times, location, and other details. Some of the most needed items are: Non-perishable food, Water & Juice, Baby food and formula, Diapers, wipes, and Personal care items.

IN ASSOCIATION WITH STATE REPRESENTATIVE SUE ALLEN, THE CITY OF TOWN & COUNTRY MUNICIPAL CENTER WILL SERVE AS A COLLECTION / STORAGE LOCATION FOR DONATED DISASTER RELIEF ITEMS

THE COLLECTION POINT IS LOCATED IN THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE MUNICIPAL CENTER AT 1011 MUNICIPAL CENTER DRIVE, ACCESSIBLE AT THE GARAGE DOORS AT THE BACK OF THE BUILDING

COLLECTIONS DURING BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY BETWEEN 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM
MAY BE PLACED IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR, MARKED FOR JOPLIN

PERSONS LEAVING ITEMS DURING NON-BUSINESS HOURS SHOULD CALL THE POLICE DISPATCH NUMBER 314-737-4600 TO MAKE NOTIFICATION THAT RELIEF ITEMS ARE BEING DROPPED OFF
