Dugger: Survey Results, Prop B Update

“I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.”—James Madison

PROP B

The senate gave final approval to Senate Bill 113&95. This bill passed the senate by a vote of 20 yes and 14 no. This Senate bill will now move to the house for approval. We will take it up in the Agriculture Policy Committee this week. I appreciate all the calls, emails and visits to the capitol to show your support for making changes to Prop B.

DRIVERS TEST IN ENGLISH ONLY

Even though economic development and job creation are on the top of many Missourians minds’ there are several other issues we are working in the state capitol. The Missouri House passed a measure [HB167] that would make sure anyone who received a Missouri driver's license would have to pass the driver's test in English.
